The Gist of the Club
A chiefly pro-male, pro-traditional-family, anti-feminist "movement," Proud Boys is made up of three degrees:
- Publicly declare affiliation no matter the consequence. You are a Western chauvinist, Trump supporter, etc. and proud of it.
- Get literally pummeled until you "name five breakfast cereals" as a form of adrenaline control. Also, no more masturbation unless you are with a woman.
- Get a Proud Boys tattoo.
My Take
I'll concede to everyone here that there is a faux masculinity about it. Like a bunch of teenagers who fight, vandalize, and call each other names like "pussy" and "fag" to assert their own manliness <slowly raises hand as sometimes being part of that>.
Buuuut, is it really that bad of thing? It's not my crowd, but we can't all be intellectuals and not everyone is ready to completely buy into our manner of thinking. Feminism is one of the great scourges of our time and it seems to me the world can use more men who are militantly anti-feminist and want traditional families (and perhaps religion, too). Pride in your own race, unification against the Leftist menace, and complete rejection of modernity might soon follow.
