Case Study: Why Blacks (and everyone, really) Need Their Fathers

Yes, this seems to be a prank from the son, but the father's reaction is genuine.  Hilarious, but genuine.

The money quote is at the end.  Starts at 2:40.

Son:  "But I'm a real nigga, daddy."  [Because he has lots of sex and gets girls pregnant.  It's a fertility thing.]
Father:  "You ain't shit.  A real nigga take care of his motherfucking own.  Real nigga get out there and work.  A real nigger have his own motherfucking place."
Son:  "So I'm a bitch nigger?"
Father:  "You a bitch nigger."

Awesome.  The thing is, though, I don't think this father is exceptional.  I don't think he's one-in-a-million.  Rather, there are millions of fathers all over the United States with this kind of attitude.  Fatherlessness in American homes--and especially the black community--is an epidemic and I really think it's responsible for the majority of problems we have in American youth.

This is why the government safety net--or the displacement of the father as provider, protector, and rule-maker by the state--is so destructive.  Feminism does this, too.  People that tell you a woman can just as easily have this conversation with her son are fucking idiots who know nothing about male psychology.

There's no good reason why we don't have an actual black middle class in this country.  No reason other than absentee fathers.  And it's hard for me to be too critical of these fathers individually.  If everything was provided to me by the state through no effort on my part and I had been told for generations that everything bad that happened to me was someone else's fault, I can't honestly say I would be a beacon of responsibility or morality.

P.S. Every few years there's some movement to ban the "n word" and it seems like only white people are the ones who care.  You think you have the right to tell a couple of dudes like these how to talk?  Fuck off, white people.

One comment on the video from Diego Cisneros:  "'Her ass phat too', 'you a bitch nigga' . Lol....It doesn't matter what language is used, it's between Father and Son and if that's how they choose to communicate who is anyone to judge. Mad props to the Father, because he's speaking the truth to the youth of these days."

P.P.S.  I like what Diego said, but why do Hispanics think they get to use "nigga"?  I mean, I think everyone should say whatever they want, but society has determined "nigga" is owned by black people.  Hispanics are no more qualified than whites to use it.
